    Woke up last Friday with no power. Searched for emergency electrician on Google. Contacted Holdens and they had James out in under 90 minutes. He found the issue, replaced all the equipment, found we had roofing issues. Organised a roofie, and they fixed that too. Now it seems all our water problems have been solved.

    Deviated from their verbal quotation, would not clearly state the breakdown of their invoice and effectively charged me for the fixing of the damage that their subcontractor made to the water line and electrical dome. Got consumer protection involved. Absolute nightmare to deal with and very rude.

    We have has water issues for the last 5 years. Every time a big down pour happens our electricity trips. No one has ever been able to fix it, until we got in touch with Holdens Electrical.

    Not the best and not the worst experience, onsite representatives good to deal with although the office lady quite pushy, needs to love her customers a bit more i would say.
