  I’ve recently moved house so I decided to change doctors as I didn’t want to drive 20 minutes to my regular one. I was a bit skeptic at first but this is honestly the fastest doctors I’ve ever been to. I was seen on time (at my old doctors I had to wait atleast 1hour before being seen even with an appointment.) I was in there for 10 seconds seconds and she told me straight away what the problem was. I love this place!! This is my new regular docs now :)

  Pleasant and friendly receptionist. Did not hv to wait long. Dr Vishnu is excellent with babies. Wish i had gone to this medical center earlier. Overall very happy with my experience there . Highly recommended for those living in Maddington.

  The doctors here are pretty good in my experience, the only bad thing is the receptionist. On several occasions they've gotten the wrong name, wrong time etc. Called this morning for my appointment because i forgot the time, i was told 2.40pm and asked again just to make sure because they asked me if it was a double appointment which i told them it was single. Up on my arrival they told me I must of misheard them and made me feel like an idiot, after asking twice to ensure the time considering they asked me about the double appointment. I now have to wait till next week for an appointment and I could tell she was going on the I 'misheard' them. Terrible service, on several other occasions they've put down the wrong name and times. probably ask them 3 times when calling to ensure you're getting the right info. Wasted my time and the poor doctors time!

  GP's are almost never available. Needs more staff.
