  Do Not Use This Service. Very rude customer service. They will charge an "additional" fee if your car is dirty but the extend of the filth is subjective and they will apply this fee at their own discretion (no pet hair or red dust). Better off paying something more with no other "hidden/subject to their assessment" cost. Wasted round tip driving there. Even offered to them 2 groupon vouchers at $25 each = $50 for 1 "dirty" car wash. My offer was refused as the rude customer service person insisted on charging extra $20 on top of the groupon voucher of $25 = $45 for a dirty car wash. Better to pay an honest business operator $45 upfront than supporting a poor service business operator than pretend to charge you "$25" for a car wash.

  3) Attention to detail was poor - the area near my gearstick was left dirty, my dash was left dirty and the edges of my boot was left dirty.

  One of the staff told me due to excessive dirt in my car, they needed to charge $10 extra. I stated not wanting their service as my car wasn't that extremely dirty. Then he asked me to wait for their boss/whoever to come before making decision and asked for my voucher number while talking to the boss/whoever on the phone. When the boss/whoever arrived, he insisted on charging me extra and said I let them scan the voucher. He even mentioned taking photos of my car to prove how dirty it was. I left without letting them wash my car. Here are photos of my car, which they consider excessive dirty. Rude and deceiving people.

  Rude, abrupt, insisting on a surcharge on a relatively clean body work. That's the feeling I get that they treat "Offer Coupon" customers this way.

  Mediocre. Car wash was alright. Left a few spots so I told them about it and wiped it all off again. To be honest, my wheels could've used a bit more cleaning but didnt want to be a pain.

  2) Charged me an extra $10 for a “dirty” car. I believed my car was relatively clean and this was backed up by the fact that the ‘In & Out’ service was completed in just 20min.
