  More recently, we have upgraded to a Supreme Territory and I called to see if service could help me with a problem. Receptionist tried to put me through to service 3 times. but no answer, so said she would ask them to call me back..... they didn't.

  Very poor service from both sales and service. Bought a van (used) from them and it took 5 weeks for delivery. The only thing we stipulated was to fix the table which was very wobbly. When we opened the door at pick up, a new table leg was on the floor and the salesman said I would have to fix it myself, as they didn't have time. I was then left to hook up myself, with no help.

  Their service is great until you actually sign on the dotted line.Took delivery of our brand new Caravan, heaps of issues and 6 weeks on no resolution so we have a stunning van with warped Benchtop and no working toilet to name a couple. Make sure you take photos of the actual van they sell you, we had extras missing that were supposedly standard until we took delivery. Planned a summer of camping trips not a summer of chasing George Day Caravans
